James Reese spent 25 years in the U.S. Army. He worked his way up the ranks, before retiring as the Lt. Colonel from the U.S. Army, 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta. This unit is colloquially known as the ‘Delta Force.’ Years of being in the army gave Reese a massive dose of self-discipline. In addition to this, the sensitive and dangerous nature of the missions he led gave him the expertise he needed to start his own business: TigerSwan.
TigerSwan is a private security company and a service-disabled, veteran-owned business. Currently, TigerSwan employs over 300 people and has interests and opportunities in over 50 countries. James Reese describes owning a business like this as both incredibly stressful and rewarding. Jobs for TigerSwan are often dangerous, meaning that Reese’s decisions could literally mean life or death. Beyond this, he is also responsible for paying and taking care of all his employees. While this seems less scary, Reese knows that a steady paycheck is a livelihood of another type. Despite this, he is grateful for the freedom and opportunity to run a business. He finds the process rewarding, despite the challenges behind it.
When James Reese commanded the Delta Force, he didn’t have to worry about paying his soldiers, it wasn’t part of the job. His superior officers would give him the best of the best because the missions were sensitive. At TigerSwan, he still wants to work with all the best people. The caveat? He must be able to pay all of them fairly. Oftentimes, sacrifices must be made as Reese can’t afford to hire the best people in every single field. Instead of hiring people with experience, in some areas, Reese looks to hire people that he thinks can grow into the role. By mentoring them and helping them he can create fantastic employees over time.

With over 500 years of combined legal experience, the lawyers have successfully represented clients with a considerable variety of personal injuries. The practice areas range from car accidents and work injuries to dog bites and truck injuries.

Each backpack is valued at over $50 and filled with paper, pens, pencils, crayons, scissors, and other school supplies. Families supporting needy children were able to visit the Kisling Nestico & Redick offices between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Each family could claim one backpack. The managing partner of the firm stated “It’s always wonderful to surprise families with this kind of donation and know you’re making a small difference to help kids with a great school year.”
That same managing partner, Robert Redick, announced his retirement in September. After a long career of supporting the firm with his hard-won experience and legal advice, Redick is looking forward to years of travel and relaxation. They have a drive to stand against the typical practices of your large insurance companies that stems from a personal story. When Rob Nestico was only 15 he was a passenger in a car that was hit by a driver who had failed to stop at a stop sign. He suffered a hematoma on his head, two broke arms, and two broke knee caps. To repair his arms they had to place steel rods in his forearms.

Nestico ended up spending the following three month in the hospital to recover from all his injuries. Since his parents were Italian immigrants and didn’t speak English the insurance decided to take full advantage of them when it came to handling his claim. He learned that corporations are not afraid to take advantage of people who are not able to fight back so this fueled his determination to be there for the families that are not able to fight for themselves.
Many of your leading organizations quickly recognized the skills and experience it takes to achieve the impressive results that Kisling, Nestico & Redick have. If you just go and look through their website you will see that many of their attorneys are included in huge organizations like Super Lawyers and the Million and Multi- Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Recently Kisling, Nestico & Redick made headlines not only for receiving verdicts and settlements for their clients, but also for making the changes to establish their rules.
There are times when a personal injury can result in tragedy. It’s worse still when that injury is something completely avoidable. Texting while driving has become such a common practice that many don’t see the obvious dangers of being distracted while behind the wheel until it’s too late. Personal injury law firm Kisling, Nestico & Redick have taken notice, and are looking to promote a solution.
Elianna Norin, an 18-year-old from Hudson, Ohio, was the recipient of a $5,000 scholarship extended by the law firm for her proposal to discourage texting while driving among young people. Elianna was selected from more than 400 entrants to the competition for attention of public service detailed in her proposal.
Joshua Angelotta, a Senior Partner at Kisling, Nestico & Redick, and coincidentally also from Hudson, handed over the scholarship check to Elianna at school. She stated her plans to place the funds towards her college education, helping to cover part of her tuition when she goes to the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall to study graphic design and animation.
Kisling, Nestico & Redick is interested in hearing from more young people on how to best address texting while driving. High school students who plan on seeking higher education in 2020 can begin submitting their proposals to Stop Distracted Driving Scholarship all the way until March 31, 2020.About Kisling, Nestico & Redick:

One of the things that Bob Reina prides himself on is his ability to make things happen in life. For a lot of people in life, they are all talk and no action. When the time comes to actually do something, they sit this one out. That has never been the case with Bob Reina. When he is called into duty and when it is time to do something, he is going to be right there ready for it and ready to take it on without any regrets. Bob Reina does not believe in regrets. He believes they are all part of the learning experience in life. They should not be viewed as regrets. They should be viewed as an experience that helped shape you as a person. Bob Reina is a former police officer and this experience was invaluable to him. He saw a lot in his time as a police officer. He probably saw a lot of things he would like to forget, but he carried those things with him because he knew he wanted to make a true difference. One thing Bob Reina has said is that he wants to find the next big thing. That is a constant search for him. He has also talked about being on a mission to change lives as well. Those are big goals, but Bob Reina likes big goals. The bigger the goals are, the bigger the results in the long run.
Speaking of results, 2016 was a great year for Bob Reina and Talk Fusion. They won two awards including the 2016 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award. Bob Reina loves to communicate with people and he also loves when people communicate with one another. It is how he sees change happening and the world becoming a better place for those that are presently living in it.
Communication can be something that does not happen enough. People hold things in and they don’t say how they are really feeling. When they say how they are really feeling, they will find tremendous results. They will also find understanding people out there.
